Connect form to Zapier
The form-block is used when you need input form your users or customers.
It can be extended with a range of different field-types, and have as much data as needed.
For handling submissions we recommend Zapier Catch Hook URLs, as it makes it easy for you to send the submissions to whatever service you like.
The guide above outlines the steps in greater details, but here is the basic overview:
Create a form-block with all needed fields.
Log into Zapier and create a new Zap.
Select Webhooks by Zapier and make it a CATCH Hook as trigger event.
Copy the URL given by Zapier directly into the form-block settings.
Fill out your form and submit.
You should now be able to see all fields in Zapier, and can from here create an action to for example send an email or create a row in a google sheet.
